Policy Statement
We at Helispirit seek to achieve and maintain the highest standards of aircraft flight operations, aircraft maintenance and levels of customer safety and service.
Our aim is to be recognised by our customers and the regulator as the best aircraft operator and maintenance provider of its type in Australia. We will achieve this through the following actions:
- By the provision of service to our customers that is courteous, efficient, value for money and with Safety as our number one priority.
- By adhering to the procedures mandated in the HeliSpirit:
– Safety Management Systems Manual and continuous use of a robust and effective โJust Cultureโ Safety Management System inclusive of all staff inputs, involvement and feedback;
– Maintenance Organisation Manual; and
– Flight Operations Manual
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to current company manuals and procedures at all times by providing on-going training
