Exciting Events at the 2021 Ord Valley Muster

The Ord Valley Muster began in 2001 as a small dinner to celebrate local outback businesses. Today it spans over nine days and is jam-packed with diverse and exciting events and experiences. Set against the enchanting East Kimberley landscape, the Muster hosts a variety of events that truly encapsulate and showcase the beauty of this wonderful part of Australia. As proud sponsors of this great local event, we wanted to share some of the events that we are most excited about this year.

The Aviair HeliSpirit Kimberley Moon Experience

The highlight of the Muster is without a doubt the Kimberley Moon Experience. Attracting over 4,000 guests, this concert under the stars is where city and country folk meet, mingle and dance the night away. Drawing in major acts such as Jimmy Barnes, Paul Kelly, Amy Shark, Bernard Fanning and John Farnham in past years, the Kimberley Moon is always a night to remember.

Comedy in the Park

There’s nothing better than a good old belly laugh and at Comedy in the Park it’s guaranteed! Held over two nights, it features some of the best and funniest comics around.

Muster Rodeo

Dust off your Akubra and head out to the base of the Sleeping Buddha for an exciting evening of buck-jumping fun. As the largest rodeo in the region, it’s a serious competition that draws in cowboys and cowgirls from afar. For spectators, it’s a chance to witness some serious skill and bravery and mingle with East Kimberley locals.

The Flaming Galahs – Australian Songbook

Celebrate the music of Australia with the boys of the Flaming Galahs, Monty Cotton and Adam Spaghetti Fingers. They’ll take you on a cracking Aussie music adventure featuring classics from Slim Dusty, INXS, Powderfinger and much more.

Art in the Park

This meaningful event has been curated exclusively under the stars for the Muster and features an open-air gallery that shines a spotlight on both Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists from the region. Wander through the park and discover arts and photography created with various mediums while interacting directly with the artists. It’s a perfect opportunity to purchase a unique piece of work as well.
